Shipping

Happy Squirrel Quilts strives to turn your order around and ship it within a few days. We ship via the US Postal Service either First Class or Priority Mail.

Shipping is calculated during check out.

Please note that bulky, fragile, or heavy items may cost more to ship.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Happy Squirrel Quilts is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase. They must be unopened and in "like-new" condition. Happy Squirrel Quilts will not reimburse shipping. 

Before returning goods, please email Happy Squirrel Quilts (happysquirrelquilts@gmail.com) to receive a Return Item Number.  Place a copy of your receipt with the RI# clearly marked, your e-mail address, shipping address and phone number within the returned package. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate upon receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
